KIDZANIA TOKYO
"A land of kids, by kids, for kids" - where children can experience their favourite job and learn about the social system while having fun. Authentic looking "pavilions" including a bank, hospital, newspaper company, radio station, and pizza shop are all about 2/3 the size of a real building, and there are about 70 professional activities to try including banker, doctor, fashion model, newspaper journalist, and firefighter. Children are paid for their work in "Kidzo" money, which can be used in Kidzania to shop at a department store, save at a bank or withdraw from an ATM within Kidzania. This is a wonderful way to help children realise the pleasure of working.
IGA-RYU NINJA VILLAGE
Iga-ryu Ninja Museum and Ninja Experience
Iga Ueno is located in the basin that lies halfway between Osaka and Nagoya and is recognised, as the birthplace of ‘Ninjutsu’ – Ninja Art. The Iga of present times is based upon an old town with a rich heritage comparable to that of Kyoto and Nara. The castle that overlooks the city is its main landmark, but the castle and the Ninja museum are just the starting points for the Iga-Ueno experience. You will travel to Iga-Ueno on the Ninja themed train and upon arrival your family can choose to be dressed in Ninja costumes. Enjoy Ninja demonstrations, visit a Ninja House and learn the secrets of Ninja and perhaps take part in the Ninja Show. Shuriken or Ninja-star throwing is always the highlight at the end of the performance.
