Holland Park State School has been taking students to Japan biannually since 2001. As tour organiser, I had previously used other companies to arrange our tours. In 2005 we organised our trip through Kellie Martin at Saizen Tours and have been with them ever since!
I would not consider using any other company. The attention to detail, expert advice, speedy service and accurate costing exceeded all my expectations and the tour proceeded without a hitch. As the co-ordinator for the 2008 Varsity College Japan trip, I can not speak highly enough of the professionalism, caring service and attention to detail of the staff at Saizen Tours, especially my primary contact person Rondell Herriot. Despite having more than 30 students and teachers in our group and not having a guide, we had the most wonderful and enjoyable 10 day trip which included a five day stay in Tokyo and four days skiing in Hakuba. The staff at Saizen Tours were incredibly helpful in the organisational stage of the trip and were always on hand if we had a problem.
On a personal note, I have also used Saizen Tours on two other occasions to organise personal trips to Europe and Japan.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Saizen Tours to any individual or group wishing to travel to Japan, or on any other overseas trip.
