Travel Advice to Japan lowered to Level One

The Australian Government's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has today lowered the travel advice for Japan to the lowest Level 1. They advise that the situation in Japan has largely returned to normal. The overall level of advice for Japan has been lowered to "Be alert to your own security".
